• How much would you pay for an eCookbook?

  
  I’m in the process of compiling all of my family recipes into a cookbook to sell as an eBook. At this point I have over 250 recipes but I foresee somewhere around 300+ being in the final book. I cover everything including bread, appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, desserts, drinks, and “this & that”.

  How much would you be willing to pay for a cookbook with 300+ quality recipes that you could purchase from home? You would be able to print out the recipe you want and not have to worry about books cluttering your counter or spilling food on the pages.

  Please do not respond unless you have a serious answer.
  I honestly wouldn’t pay anything for an ecookbook either BUT there are people out there who will. I, along with most of you who have answered, are more savvy when it comes to finding free recipes than others and there are people who prefer to have an already made compilation of recipes instead of sifting through the millions of dud recipes that are on the internet.

  Using an ecookbook from the computer or burning it to a cd saves a great deal more paper and space compared to a hard copy.
  There will be instructions on how to print one specific recipe instead of having to print all 300.

  And giving a portion to charity is a great idea! The National Hemophilia Foundation doesn’t receive as much as it can give to those with hemophilia and I would do anything to help them since they have been offering free medication to my brother and cousins for years.

• Does anyone know where I can get a PDF of the Alton Brown Roast Tukey Recipe?

  
  I started downloading the PDF from Epicurious after updating my info (as a freebie), but the computer crashed. I want/need this recipe. Does anyone know where I can download the 6 page document?
